Bart
Didden
President
Bart
has served as President of U.S.A. Central Station Alarm Corp.,
since its inception in 1982. Today as CEO / CFO, Bart, with
the
direction of U.S.A.’s Board of Directors, sets the course
for higher standards of professionalism and customer service,
not only within the Company, but also for the Industry.
Bart has a long history of giving time and resources
to the Alarm Industry. Currently, Bart is serving on the following
industry committees: NBFAA Executive and Government Relations Committees,
CSAA Standards Committee and the Security Industry Standards Committee.
He has served on the Board of Directors of AIREF, CSAA and SIA,
where he represents the interests of the NBFAA and the Company.
In
the wake of September 11th, Bart founded the AIREF/NBFAA Hero’s
Scholarship Program. It is a tax deductible fund of which 100%
of every dollar donated goes to benefit the college bound children
of NYPD, FDNY, and Port Authority Officers that perished on that
day that we will never forget. This fund continues to seek donations
as its mission spans 20 years.
Bart
has been honored with the “2002 Morris
F. Weinstock Person of the Year Award”, “A Lifetime
Achievement Award, For Exceptional Service to the Alarm Industry”.
The Weinstock Award is the highest Award presented by the NBFAA,
the nation’s oldest and largest dealer association for alarm
dealers. Additional awards are the Regional Alarm Association’s
- Foundation Award and the New York Burglar & Fire Alarm Association’s
- Member of the Year Award. He has served in many elected positions
including NBFAA President.
On
behalf of the industry Bart has made various formal and informal
presentations
to governmental
bodies at all
levels, while serving as an Alarm Industry Representative. Recipients
of these presentations have included to the President of the United
States, US Senators and Members of Congress, and a long list of
State, County, and City officials and Agencies across the Country.
Additionally, he represented the Alarm Industry to the New York
City Mayor’s Y2K Taskforce.
In
addition to his service on behalf of the Industry on several
Alarm Review Boards, Bart serves his community. He has served
as a Director of his local YMCA, Director of the Sound Shore
Community Fund, and was a member of the Port Chester NY Fire
Dept., to name a few.
Bart
is dedicated to supporting this Industry to ensure that alarm
companies across the United States can continue to do business
in their communities. His hard work, commitment, and dedication
to the Industry and his community, is exceeded only by his passion
for providing excellent services to his Dealers and customers.
He has invested heavily in the latest technology and has hired
experienced Industry professionals to provide his Dealers with
every competitive advantage that U.S.A. can provide.

Joyce
Rosito
Director,
Site Operations – Connecticut
Joyce has over ten years of experience in the security industry. She worked for
ADT from 1992 until they closed the Trumbull office in 1997. She then worked
for AlarmGuard/ADT until 1999. She was named ADT Employee of the Year for coordinating
inter-departmental processes and improving customer satisfaction.
In her current position, Joyce is responsible for our Connecticut
monitoring center. You will also find her chairing committees
for non-profit organizations,
where she is an expert at raising funds for charitable causes. She is also
a member of the Connecticut Burglar and Fire Alarm Association.

Mary
Paratore
Director,
Site Operations – NY
Mary
has over fifteen years experience in the alarm industry.
During her years with ADT/Tyco International, she served
as General Manager for over one hundred employees and
served over 150,000 accounts for the Metro New York
area. This included providing service maintenance,
installations and monitoring of all residential, commercial
and national accounts. While serving in the U.S. Air
Force as an air traffic controller and cargo specialist,
her disciplinary training has allowed her to visualize
the needs of the future to better serve the industry.
Mary is responsible for all operations of our New York
Monitoring Center.

Mary
Margret “Mickey” Fuller
Director,
Site Operations Minnesota
Mickey
has over eight years of experience in the alarm industry.
With National Guardian she served as the Dealer Support
Coordinator and Office Manager where she coordinated
the support staff for the national dealer program,
and coordinated dealer meetings and trade shows.
She became the Dealer Operations Manager, where she
had
a team of 90 employees. As a Call Center Director,
she managed the Central Station, Data Entry, licensing,
Tech Help desk and Customer Service Departments.
Throughout many industry transformations, she has
continued to
maintain strong relationships many alarm dealers.
Mickey is responsible for all operations of our Minnesota
Monitoring Center,
where she continues to maintain high standards of customer
service.

Donald
Blinebry
Manager, IT Services
His breadth
of knowledge in Customer Service, Training, and Operations, and his depth
of knowledge in information systems, is why Don is in charge of our IT
services. From systems maintenance, installation of new equipment, and
the implementation of new services, including U.S.A. MASWeb, Don is the
person to contact when you need information on computer security systems.
Don has been with
the company for 18 years. During that time he has held several supervisory
and managerial positions. He has extensive experience in customer service
experience. Don is responsible for our equipment and automation systems.
He strives to develop new ways to provide our monitoring center and
our customers with the most efficient and effective technical assistance
possible.

Zigmond
“Zig” Sokolowski
Director,
Training and Quality Assurance
In
our demanding industry, continuous education and training
is critical. That is why you should get to know Zig. Zig
creates and implements the training and quality assurance
programs for our entire company. A lifelong resident of
Connecticut, Zig attends meetings and functions for the
Connecticut chapter of the National Burglar & Fire
Alarm Association.

Kathy
Schwickrath
Project
Manager, NY Center
Kathy
began at U.S.A. Central Station in 1991
as a Customer Service Representative. Since
then, she has held a variety of managerial
positions, including Assistant Operations
Manager. Currently, Kathy is the Project
Manager for the New York Center where she
oversees all new and ongoing projects.
In addition, Kathy manages the Imaging
Department, our Activity Reduction project,
as well as many of the day-to-day functions
that directly support our Dealers.

Jaime
Nardone
Manager,
Accounts Receivables
Due
to her attention to detail and accuracy,
Jaime is the perfect person to handle all
of the AlarmNet assignments and deletions,
while managing our Billing Department.
Jaime has been an important part of the
U.S.A. Team for over eight years. Not only
does she do our company billing, she can
also do your company billing. Her first
four years were in operations, where she
started out in dispatch and data entry.
Jaime also assisted in training new operators,
and was involved with many operational
projects.

Brett
Mayes
Shift Supervisor
He began with
U.S.A., in 1996 managing our Clerical Department. His experience
at interfacing with our dealers has made him into a most valuable
employee to our dealers as they depend on his vast knowledge of
alarm signal communications. He served six years in the U.S. Navy
as an Operation Specialist for the Combat Information Center aboard
the USS Arkansas. He also has extensive customer service experience
with the John Hancock Insurance Company where he spent six years

Crystal
Barrett
Activity Reduction Coordinator
With
fifteen years of service at U.S.A., Crystal is responsible for
tracking,
managing and eliminating unnecessary and excessive alarm activity.
Reducing this activity allows for our monitoring staff to dedicate
their time and expertise on actual alarm signals in a prompt & efficient
manner. She is dedicated to furthering her education and gathering
relative information as it relates to alarm signal communications
to be as helpful to our Dealers and subscribers as possible.
