This feature is a convenient and user-friendly way to interface with the U.S.A. Central Station’s automation system. A multi-level identification process allows touch-tone telephone access to a variety of services for your accounts. With proper identification, you may:

   Place an account on test
   Extend a test
   Review test results
   Clear a test
   Review a complete list of zones for an account
   Review account history

Auto Page Notification

U.S.A. Central Station’s Auto Page Service is a convenient and fully automated method of alarm notification. It allows either you or your customer to receive a customized text message each time the alarm panel is activated, without the intervention of a Central Station operator. The Auto Page Service is compatible with Alpha pagers, Nextel, or any cellular system using the TAP protocol. This feature can be applied to all zones on an account, or applied selectively. In addition, each time a page is generated and successfully received, this information is automatically recorded in the history of your account. Many of our commercial accounts require the immediate attention of their"on call" person. This feature has proven to be invaluable. It is an easy and inexpensive way (for you) to add value to the services you offer your customers.
